Training With Shawn Williams

Nick and I had the opportunity to train with Shawn Williams in Indianapolis last Friday. Shawn is an excellent instructor. Nick and I both enjoyed the semi-private class and the seminar very much. During the semi-private Shawn showed a really nice submission set-upo from the half-guard, and during the seminar he gave some great insight into passing the guard. If you ever have the opportunity to train with Shawn I would encourage you to take advantage of it.
